Greenwich Borough Council – leading the way in modular housing

It’s been so refreshing to see a Local Authority like Greenwich Borough Council leading the way in construction innovation, publicly stating their plans for the provision of affordable housing using offsite manufacturing to deliver their £50m modular housing project.

We’ve recently completed a survey for them outlining our approach to modular housing and how to put together a framework. We look forward to working with other Local Authorities and Housing Associations to help facilitate the housing delivery evolution.
